1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• You received the wrong item.

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Please note that custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Timeframes

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

• Returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your return authorisation.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

   • Your order number

   • Reason for return

   • Photographic evidence (if applicable for damaged/defective products)

2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and documentation.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will:

• Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Process the refund using the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Please note:

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

• Items without their original packaging and tags

2. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
